The Illinois Fencers Club promotes and teaches the Olympic sport of fencing to students of all ages and skill levels and provides a friendly venue for members to practice their sport. It is a member operated non-for-profit sports association that has been serving beginning, recreational, and competitive fencers for more than 40 years.
We offer affordable classes with high quality instruction for kids, youth, and adults in several skill levels and offer three clinics for advanced competitive fencers. Our youth program provides athlete centered fencing instruction that teaches self-discipline and sportsmanship and fosters athletic, academic, and personal success. Learn More
We host major tournaments: IFC Fall Open November 30, 2014; IFC E & Under and Y12 tournament February 22, 2015; IFC D & Under and Y12 tournament March 22, 2015; IFC Dominick Epee Challenge April 26, 2015; IFC Youth & Veteran tournament May 31, 2015. All are sanctioned by the Illinois Division of the United States Fencing Association and will operate under its Safe Sport policy. Learn More
